Feeding thousands of animals takes an extraordinary amount of work. Every day, our team prepares, cooks and distributes enormous quantities of food across the sanctuary and in the local community.

2,000 KG OF RICE
GONE IN JUST 4 DAYS
And that's just one ingredient. We add fish, vegetables and other ingredients to the rice to prepare nutritious, filling meals. Puppies and kittens need specialist milk and food, while sick and recovering animals often require special diets to support their recovery.
Where does all that food go?
Every day, the food prepared by our team is distributed across our sanctuary and to vulnerable animals in the surrounding community.

Beyond our sanctuary gates, we provide daily food for more than 500 vulnerable dogs and cats living in the local community.
Feeding is only part of the cost
Providing food every day is an enormous financial commitment, but it is only one part of our work. Your support also helps fund veterinary care, rescue and rehabilitation, sterilisation and vaccination, lifelong care, sanctuary running costs, and education and outreach.
